I would like to buy an item but can’t find it on your website

We are currently in the process of increasing our product range. If you can’t find your item, please call us. If its from one of our many partnering manufacturers we can get it in at a competitive price, with a possible part exchange option. Please make contact.

Do you have a shop I can visit?

We are currently in the process of fitting out a small showroom in our warehouse. Once this is open we will advertise it on our website. In the meantime if you would like to collect an item or purchase an item from us at the warehouse, please call to arrange a convenient time. Watch this space!

I purchased an item on your website and would like to collect it. What do I need to do?

Please call us to arrange a time to collect your item. You will need to print out & bring the original purchase receipt with you along with the payment card before we can release the items. Please give us at least 24hrs notice to get your order ready for collection.

I would like a quote from MJL Tackle on my bivvy, bedchair or another item that I am selling but can’t find a form to complete online

Please give us a call if you are looking to sell something that is not on our normal list of items we buy in. We may be able to provide a quote if it is in excellent condition

I purchased an item but it hasn’t turned up yet? What should I do?

Please call us, and we can support you in tracking down the item. Our smaller items are sent using a 2-3 working day delivery service as standard, so it might be that your item is on it’s way.   Items sent to the Scottish highlands or Ireland can take a little longer to arrive.

I’ve received an item but it’s not quite what I was expecting, what should I do?

MJL Tackle provides a 14-day money back distance seller guarantee. If you are not entirely happy with your item, please make contact and we’ll do our best to put it right. In addition to this all used items come with a 2-month guarantee. Please read our Returns policy for the full details.
